Everything we make is handcrafted by Scott, our founder and flavour savant. Trained in London’s finest kitchens, now based under the Spanish sun, he brings unapologetic decadence to every layer, base, and drizzle.

Our cheesecakes are created with the finest ingredients—think rich double cream and full-fat cream cheese. Fresh lemon juice, powdered sugars and everything in between.

Are they diet-friendly? Absolutely not. Are they packed with flavor and utterly delicious? Hell yeah, they are! Each full cheesecake measures a mighty 28cm across and 7cm high, serving up 14 generous slices. And trust us, we don’t skimp on anything. If you want a soggy or thin biscuit base then we are definitely not for you. Think.. thick chunky, crumbly bases
