Born from the silky dreams of a pastry chef with a serious cheesecake fetish, The Cheesecake Society is the brainchild of Scott—our founder, flavour whisperer, and all-round sweet-toothed genius.

Trained in the decadent pastry kitchens of the Parklane Hilton in London, Scott cut his teeth (and tasted more than a few ganache-filled wonders) in the iconic Windows of the World restaurant, high above the London skyline. It was the 90s. The food was lush. The music was great. The fashion? Questionable. And Scott? He was busy falling head over spatula in love with everything sweet, creamy, and a little bit naughty.

Now living in the sun-soaked corners of Spain, Scott creates outrageously indulgent cheesecakes for those who like their desserts sinful and their lives extra. If there’s one thing he knows—it’s a bloody good cheesecake. No skimping on that biscuit base. No bland fillings or forgettable extras. Just bold, buttery, crunchy brilliance in every. single. bite.
